All bookings are requests until confirmed in writing by Ornela. Treatment is always subject to a personal consultation and clinical suitability assessment.

Where a deposit is required, terms will be confirmed in writing before payment. Cancellations and rescheduling should be made as early as possible.

Travel fees may apply for appointments outside standard London service areas. Any applicable fee will be confirmed transparently before booking.

Treatments are only carried out where clinically suitable. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. All aesthetic procedures carry risks, which will be discussed at consultation.
